These terms govern the use of the Kylua waitlist at kylua.co. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. Waitlist registration does not constitute a binding contract for any future services.
2. Service Description
Kylua is a startup operating platform currently in development. The waitlist allows you to register your interest and receive notifications when the platform launches. There is no guarantee of access, launch dates, or specific features.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. You may not register with someone else's email address.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by Arpaci Seferaj Jaddi GbR. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The waitlist is provided as-is without any warranty. We make no guarantees regarding launch dates, feature availability, or access to the final product. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable German law. This does not affect liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
6. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
